Jose Cordova

Mr. Cordova is an attorney with extensive employment and business litigation experience. Mr. Cordova represents clients in employment matters ranging from routine wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination and retaliation claims to more complex unfair competition and federal and state wage and hour matters.

Mr. Cordova also provides counseling and representation to business clients in a number of other specialty areas, including intellectual property, breach of contract, and business torts.

Mr. Cordova, who formerly served as in-house counsel to several Silicon Valley companies, brings a wealth of experience in a wide variety of transactional matters and has advised clients in matters ranging from employee stock option plans and Sarbanes-Oxley reporting requirements to the negotiation of software licenses and numerous intellectual property related agreements.

Mr. Cordova received a B.A. in Economics from Stanford University in 1993 and his Juris Doctor from the UCLA School of Law in 1997. Mr. Cordova, who is fluent in Spanish, is an active member of several legal organizations.
